How to Create Cross Channel Social Posts

To create a Social Post with Factoreal, perform the following steps:

Prerequisite: Your social media pages have to be linked with Factoreal before performing the following steps.

  1. Click Campaigns.
  2. Click Social Post.
  3. Click Create New Social Post.
  4. Enter a campaign name.
  5. Give a description (optional).
  6. Select the social media page(s) you want these posts be published on. You can have the same post on all your social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, Instagram).
  7. Describe your Social Post.
  8. Choose a CTA button which should appear in your post (only available for Facebook).
  9. To publish the post on a later date and time – a) Click Schedule Later. | b) Choose a date and time and click Schedule.
  10. To publish the post right away, click Publish.

To create a Tweet with Factoreal, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to Factoreal.
  2. Click Campaigns.
  3. Click Social Post.
  4. Click Create New Social Post.
  5. Enter a campaign name.
  6. Enter a description (optional).
  7. Select the social media profile (in this case Twitter) you want these posts be published on. Your social media pages have to be linked with Factoreal.
  8. Describe your tweet (Twitter character restrictions apply).
  9. Select a date and time.
  10. Click Schedule.

To create a Instagram post with Factoreal, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to Factoreal.
  2. Click Campaigns.
  3. Click Social Post.
  4. Click Create New Social Post.
  5. Enter a campaign name.
  6. Enter a description (optional).
  7. Select the social media profile (in this case Instagram) you want these posts be published on. Your social media pages have to be linked with Factoreal.
  8. Describe your post.
  9. Select a date and time.
  10. Click Schedule.

To add tag Instagram public profiles in the image, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to Factoreal.
  2. Click Campaigns.
  3. Click Social Post.
  4. Click Create New Social Post.
  5. Enter a campaign name.
  6. Enter a description (optional).
  7. Select the Instagram profile. Your social media pages have to be linked with Factoreal.
  8. Select the post type as Single Image.
  9. Describe the caption for the image post in the text box
  10. Upload an image.
  11. Navigate to the Instagram preview tab
  12. Click anywhere within the image where you want to tag the profile
  13. Type the public Instagram Profile name in the pop up.
  14. Save the tag.
  15. Click Publish.

To create a LinkedIn post with Factoreal, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to Factoreal.
  2. Click Campaigns.
  3. Click Social Post.
  4. Click Create New Social Post.
  5. Enter a campaign name.
  6. Enter a description (optional).
  7. Select the social media profile (in this case LinkedIn) you want these posts be published on. Your social media pages have to be linked with Factoreal.
  8. Describe your post.
  9. Select a date and time.
  10. Click Schedule.
