To create an messaging template, follow the below steps:
Navigate to Templates → select Messaging Templates → click on Create Template
Enter all the required details, including the template name, target destination, message type, and message text.
A live preview of the message will be displayed as you create the template, allowing you to review it before saving.
To create an MMS template:
Select MMS from the Message Type dropdown.
Choose the desired media type from the dropdown menu and upload your media file.
Supported media types are: Image, Video, Audio & File
Limitations of MMS:
MMS supports up to 10 media attachments per message.
Each media attachment must not exceed 2 MB.
The total size of the MMS, including text and attachments, must not exceed 5 MB.
MMS is supported only in the United States
After entering all the template details, click Save to finalize your template.
