How to Manage Contact Lists

Uploading your contacts to a list is a way of grouping your contacts in a static list which you can then use to run your campaigns.

To create a List with Factoreal, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Segments.
  2. Click Contacts.
  3. Click Create List.
  4. Enter a List Name and List Description (optional).
  5. Click Save.
  6. Your newly created contact list will appear under the Contact List tab.
  7. Here are the actions you can perform on your contact list.
